Horrible delivery experienceThe incompetence of the delivery crew is appalling. The shed had 6 panels plus a window that had to be replaced due to poor placement of the support bars on the delivery fork lift. In addition to the shed damages, our cement footing was damaged and the driver backed into the perimeter fence while leaving and never stopped to check for damages. Customer service and delivery is poor. Way to expensive and stressful.

I bought a 12x12 shed from them 2 years and the building is great its sturdy, well put together and durable now here's my problem. I moved so I called them to move the shed to aunts home (who bought the shed from me) with the intentions of buying a smaller shed for my new home was cancelled on twice by their movers have called every day for a week to get something new scheduled and every day for a week I've been told that someone is going to get back to me in the afternoon or first thing the next morning all while my building sits on now someone else's property so I will not be buying an additional shed from them they have handled this poorly and I would have much rather them say we can't or don't want to move it and allowed me to try and find someone else all while costing my aunt and I two days missed at work due to them cancelling the day of the scheduled move even though they called the evening before to confirm the move, address and route
