You can really become master of digital marketing if you work here. Liked that both technical and detailed HR round was conducted at time of interview. Lot of importance given to ethics and good behavior. Even if someone is technically not good, if they have good ethics and decent person they will be given importance over someone who is technically better. Expect to be tested for mental maturity and ability to think scientifically in emotional situation.Very much like being part of Marvist company. Their selection process has many rounds, when you get a job the digital marketing work is also very thorough.

Instead of joining startups founded by youngster, freshers should join established small companies like Marvist. Then, they can learn what is organization & what is business process.As a banker known Marvist for over 10 years, employees are paid on time, no vendor payment is delayed and no cheque has ever bounced. Not many small companies do that. They are small but operate very professionally. Inspirational small company! As they say Small is beautiful.Before they make a committment on salary they carefully think and offer only what they can pay without fail. Marvist has done in the past monthly variable fixed deposits to take care of future incentive payments payable after 18 months or 2 years. Staff are coached and trained to become employee material.

Good that I attended interview here, got good guidance. This is my 1st month working in private bank as sales officer after my MBA finance and got little disturbed due to targets. Thanks for guiding me and not exploit my confusion and push me into digital marketing like done by training institutes. Got some info for improving skills while dealing with customers. It was not required for your company to do all this, just shows your good attitude and service nature. Good company for digital marketing.
