My daughter recently had her wedding reception at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, Md. David Levin and his staff were instrumental in providing us with a beautifully decorated background from using drapery to uplighting in the cocktail area and main reception area. Both rooms were transformed into pure elegance. The two tier Bridal Table, with white light bars under the table cloths, took the elegance to the next level.
