This was one of the greatest customer service experience I had in a long time. As a former customer service manager, I know good customer service when I see it. This was the BEST.I contacted Masterpiece Web Design because it was local and I liked their reviews. I wanted them to design a website to replace the one I had been using for about 6 years. They were willing to personally meet with me face to face and we discussed marketing ideas, scope and design of the site and site expectations. As promised, within a few days, a proof was sent to me for review. I was quite literally blown away with the prompt delivery and quality of the site. It was more than expected. Working with the staff was so smooth. They were always so responsive and pretty much held my hand throughout the entire process of getting things switched over from the former web designer. I really needed that assistance.I am so pleased with my new website. I brag about it and now I will be making referral as often as possible.I thank Masterpiece for being there for me. They are the BEST.
