I am glad some people have had a good experience here. Unfortunately I have not found the same level of customer care. So much so I now send my Apple products to Rockhampton or Townsville. Always call Apple before taking your device to anywhere it may also save you money you don’t need to give any of the shops. Sorry but the staff just haven’t seemed interested when I have been in and it all feels a little unresponsive and unhelpful. I have now tried about 4 time with this shop but won’t be going back.

New to town - and with a MacAir laptop - I was happily surprised by the fast, friendly service; in fact it was a bit shocking having waited eons - or paid a "jump-the-queue" - fee previously to get back to the work of writing fiction :) Thanks guys :)

Leon and the team at Matilda Internet go above and beyond with retail service, professionalism and knowledge.I went in with my MacBook Air as I would not be able to use it unless it was connected to the charger, Leon instantly looked to see if the battery could be replaced under warranty and it was. Even with them having to Order in the battery I was able to get my computer back within 3 working days. This is the second time I have been in to see the team about servicing my apple products, I would highly recommend Matilda Internet and I will be back again.

Leon & his team got our business out of a huge problem last year with our emails and created whole new domains for our company in a mater of hours without hesitation. We have also had a couple of problems with our Macs and iPhones so we went to Leon for help on getting our issues sorted who then gave us a better understanding on how to use our Mac software such as iCloud and Time Machine, programs that we struggled with in the past doing ourselves. Highly recommend and will be using there services again if needed in the future!

I have recently moved to the NBN and have chosen Matilda as my provider as I have always liked dealing with a local company. They gave me a good deal and recommended a very good mesh system for the Wi-Fi in my home that covers the whole house without black spots - thanks Leon!
