I accidentally washed my Mercedes key in the washing machine and of course my truck would not start or even open, I knew I was in trouble. I began to search on goggle and came across Dani. Dani was amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. Not only was he able to cut a new key he also was able to fix my old key as well so now I have a spare.I would recommend Dani to anyone he saved me so much money more then half what the dealer charges and came right to my door the same day. His honest and true to his prices.Thank you so much who needs the dealer when you can call Dani!!!!

I used Matrix to cut me a new Car key on the First week of July. Response time and service time was good. However, I was given a battery that died on me within two hours - disappointing especially because I found out upon arrival that the quotation provided was for a manual key - and I had to pay extra for an automatic key. When I flagged the issue I was told to come to the Maple area. When I tried to coordinate a time, I didn't get a reply. Several efforts to coordinate a time after that were ignored as well. I hope the service is done correctly the first time...

Their service is amazing! he over delivered on what i was expecting. A job other locksmiths told me would take 2-3 hours, he was able to do in 40 minutes. he was extremely polite and professional (unlike many other locksmiths I've dealt with). I looked inside his truck and he had all the latest tools techniques. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

This guy was awesome 😊 He arrived just a couple of hours after I called (which we agreed on during our conversation), and he was able to replace my daughter's lost BMW X3 key in about 30 minutes!! And the price was half what other locksmiths quoted me!! I will definitely be calling Matrix the next time I need a locksmith!!
