Polite, helpful, quick to respond to queries. Unless you have the $ expect to do a lot of the data entry yourself, but these guys are definitely worth giving a go! Once they understood our needs they found the right platform for us in a jiffy & now we're running. Have been very helpful in working out the kinks - recommend giving them a call.

We wanted an online custom quoting tool developed for our window furnishings business, very similar in principle to the Institchu online suit configurator. Before coming across Matter Design we spent many months talking to different developers about our project, which as non-developers was a bit daunting. We contacted the guys at Institchu to understand their experience with Matter Design, and they spoke very highly of Nigel and his team.What sets Matter Design apart from others, and gave us confidence to move ahead with them for our project, is they take the time to understand the client’s requirements and tailor the solution accordingly. What Matter Design has delivered for us by way of an online quoting software simply kicks butt. Our clients can now quote a full home of window furnishings for themselves in five minutes or less, where previously this exercise would take us hours. Further, they are able to easily iterate their quotes based on different design selections, eliminating the usual back and forth between our sales people and our clients.Now we have launched, looking back there are a few things we would do differently but choosing Matter Design for our project is not one of those things.
