Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars! Out of 3 agencies I've used for my 74 year old mother, this is by far the worse. They will tell you what you want to hear in the beginning. They never have staff to fill the hours, constantly send aids that are clueless and have terrible work ethics. The management dies nothing but lie to you. Staff shows up when they want and sometimes not at all. Maxim will play dumb time and time again. GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS BEFORE SOME OLD MAN OR LADY DIES WHILE YOUR WORKER IS A NO SHOW!
