They understand the critical nature of our business and are attentive to our current needs and future infrastructure. We now have a better back-up and redundant network thanks to them. Their integrity, business practices, and creativity make them a great fit for us. We have an in-house IT generalist and MAXtech works so well in coordinating with this position. Their ticketing and reporting software makes it a breeze to see the value they are providing. Their willingness to meet twice a month, with us, the client, to steer projects and assess priorities is so appreciated. Great company to work with. Love talking to them and hearing of their new services constantly being added.

We use Maxtech as our IT specialist. Great company with special attention to detail. Their website to process work orders is my favorite thing. They are quick to fix any problems that we encounter. They can do remote sessions or they will send the tech to our office if needed. I like the yearly meetings that identify any issues that might come up or plan for the future. Lots of insight into the latest technology out there. Well rounded company that works very well with our busy medical office.
