There seems to be some miscommunication between this place and the place I am receiving the derogatory mark from on my credit rating. Rest assured, I am disputing it. I see by the other reviews, it's not the best place.

Criminally negligent company which should not exist. I called about collection that I found out from my credit monitoring. No letters, no notifications. July Clark, the Supervisor did not want to listen to anything I had to say that the debt is invalid. She simply told me to pay it and hung up. I tried to call back to finish a conversation, the company blocked my number! I cannot call them back anymore. State of Missouri Secretary Of State, this company should be revoked a business license. They simply harass people and do not follow any laws. July Clark and MCA management, since I cannot reach you via phone anymore, you blocked the number, I will see you in court! Any other people have this issue, do not wait notify State of Missouri Secretary of state of wrongful conduct and file a lawsuits against this business.

This place makes my blood boil. I called to settle a debt that is already 100% unjustified and the lady starts insulting me. So I cancelled payment after I gave her the card number etc. Sad customer service. Just a heads up if these people already marked your credit they'll just mark it as paid and it will bring your credit lower to pay it. Dont let them bully you because that's what Jennifer is a bully. If someone like me called willing to pay and had this experience imagine what they do to everyone else. Its just bad business. I literally gave them my payment info and they ruined it with their awful people skills. I wont be calling back again. Most unreasonable people you'll ever speak to.

Our subdivison is using MCA for assessment debt collections. They are most responsive to any of our questions and concerns. We only pay if they collect, and they are!

Company currently operates under expired fictitious names. Updated my review since business owner has threatened me was some sort of retaliation. Not only disgusting but possibly against Google terms of service. I have posted the screen shots that validate my claim, and also have the emails referring to yourself as three different company names, I believe all of which are expired. I'd encourage anyone reading the response from the unnamed representative of the company (ies) to witness first-hand their standards of integrity and professionalism.
