Great place to work. Very flexible with scheduling, good pay for the work, good and fair training and treatment, and good company policies. As a panel research company, they are quite professional and focused on providing what the customers desire.

Calls about once a day asking about MetLife insurance. Always friendly, but the questionnaire seems to ramble on and on and asks far too many questions. A 'do you not like your insurance? If no, why not?' would be much appropriated versuses the lengthy spill they give you.

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO WORK. At first you are promised 28-32 hours, then after a week or so, they only keep the people with the longest sinority. You will drive to McMillion, thinking that you are getting work, only to be sent right back home. They mainly call for Met Life Insurance, a company with Jewish belief, that's perfectly ok... except McMillion will not let anyone work, make calls, due to Met Life closing on ALL the various Jewish holidays. Which at times, (as anyone may know), Jewish holidays stretch out for days. The training staff are racist, the regular supervisors scream, try to defame, and belittle people due to their obvious own shortcomings in life. You are told that you are paid for the entire time that you are there, but truth be known you are only paid while you are on the survey phones, dialing. From my personal experience, you will remain broke and busted without money, if you choose to work for McMillion Research. The single most horrible work experience of my 25 year work history
