When it works the internet is great!

I wish I could have put in a review with my computer, but since I can't get internet I have to use my cell phone data. We consistently lose service and all of the calls result in the same "we don't know, we need to replace the modem" and then they never do, no techs, no calls, no service, no information.

Mediacom is the worst company ever. My Internet and cable stay out more than its on. Its ridiculous and annoying! Y'all need better service!!!!

I really believed in this company but after these last 4 months of poor service with internet it is a poor shame. I work for home and about to loose my job for poor service and am continually being billed for service that am not receiving. 59.95 for the best service for my job and do you know not type of bill adjustment just still the same. Also still not service and whoever Geno is in customer is not worthy of his job no customer service he the only one I have this problem with. Everyone else have been great assisting me. I do we have not competition is this area but with prayer God will soon allow someone else to come so we will not have to depend on just them. The whole area where I live is having this issue, but do those up there in that CEO seat care no just making money. I will not stop here I will take this as far as it need to go.

Every cable company professes to be the best and by right they should but I believe that the consumer should make that decision. I had been with Mediacom Communications for about 2 years. It was ok but I noticed every month my bill would be go up without a reasonable explanation. In my area the staff was pretty nice and they don't control pricing, just enforce your bill and policy. I can't take anything away from them but the company, watch your bill and if you decide to use them because of a special, read the fine print, ask probing questions to ensure your price is locked in for the duration of term, and make extra sure that they understand the amount of televisions you want to include. Lastly, understand what's free and what's not. Oh yeah, some areas forces you to use Mediacom because they have jurisdiction and no other cable company can offer you service.
