I have used Media Spigot for 3+ years now I and have been in the industry for 10 years and seen a lot of "professionals". These guys are on time, creative, fairly priced, adults, and produce work that I envision... but they produce. It's extremely hard to have "creatives" show up on time prepared. As a business owner, this makes me insane. These guys show up 100% of the time. And show up prepared. The editing software they have allows easy producer-editor interaction to avoid delays and the "back and forth" syndrome that delays deliver dates. They also operate under contract and with insurance. Again, after working in this world for years is rarer than you might think. If it's not in writing it's not REAL! They put what they say in writing and then execute. I'm a real business and happy to back up of of my claims on this company should you need further clarification. (As a small growing business myself, it saddens me that "someone" writes a 1 star review to push another down. I'm not privy to what may or may not have happened in this particular situation, but from what I've I experienced. This seems motivated by another agenda imo)
