Client Review on Medical Website

Feedback:

My mother went today to her appointment at 1pm she grabbed a bus to take her from the lower valley which took 45 minutes, well after waiting in the office 2 hours for the doctor they tell her that if she wants to continue waiting because the doctor was in a surgery well obviously she said no the bus then again takes another 45 minutes to pick her up and 45 minutes to drop her off! The bus is offered by the insurance.. anyways a whole day waisted for her because they schedule surgeries and appointments on the same days and times or they could have called her to cancel! She is rescheduling for May 17th let’s see how that goes!
