Excellent service! These two gentleman were very professional and they did amazing work! We had 4 mattresses cleaned, and two room carpets cleaned at a wonderful price! We thought they were able to get the red kool aid stain out of one room but unfortunately after it dried it was still there but the carpet still looks much better! I took pictures but I'm not for sure how to upload them, if someone would not mind giving me some assistance I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Just had carpets cleaned by this company and I'm really impressed. Only been in this place for 3 weeks and the water that came out of his equipment shows that the carpet has never been cleaned before. Living room and hallway was an amazing price, which included stain remover and deoderiser. I am very pleased.

Mega Steam provided excellent service and fair pricing. Rudy and his assistant were professional and showed great motivation to perform the work early on a Sunday morning. Prior to calling Mega Steam, we had called another cleaning service. The worker showed up and made a lot of excuses of why the job shouldn't be performed. We were obviously disappointed, but in a way it was a good thing because we would not have met Rudy, owner of Mega Steam. Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!
