Health benefits are very poor compared to industry standards. I know several office staff that joined USA Industries with a raise, only to find out they were making less after starting the USA Industries benefits plan. Decide for yourself though, and make sure you see the actual health plan before signing, instead of taking their word that it's "good".1 week of PTO / Vacation / Sick total is standard. So if you catch the flu, your vacation days may be gone! Lots of sick people in the office throughout the year for this same reason. After a few years of tenure you’ll be able to build this up, albeit slowly...Owner asked me, and several other people in their interviews if it was okay if he randomly came up and rubbed their shoulders. He stressed it was okay if the answer was no. I saw him surprise random employees with physical contact several times while I was there.Hard to get a raise without threatening to leave. In my last few months there (before accepting a position elsewhere) I knew of three people offered a raise upon announcing their two weeks notice there. Crazy hours / expectations (they asked some people to work through Hurricane Harvey, and brought in water in case they got trapped.) Not uncommon for some people to work holidays or 10 hours days.Seems like 50% of upper management is family (note: upper management not all employees). This includes the head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting, as well as the CEO. It’s tough to get promoted if you're not family.In the middle of industrial area, I felt there were very few restaurants options nearby. Google map it though, maybe you’ll see you like the restaurants nearby though. It could also seem unsafe when working late or coming in early. All the offices are gated, barbed wired and emergency lit for a reason.Just my two cents though. You can research most of the above pretty easily, and/or inquire about them before accepting a position there.Edit: Notice that Jim Jette went to dispute everything on my review except for the owner randomly touching people inappropriately...
