unfortunately, i had a very poor experience here. I paid for a rush job (3 days turnaround for slide scanning). The quality was literally what i had done on my cheap home scanner - no effort was made to even frame properly. The prices were HIGH and, worst of all, they didn't scan all my pictures (but charged for them) and were really rude when i asked for them.I emailed and called but literally no return call. I can't figure out how they stay in business.
