Save your Money! I recently finnished watching my videos with family and friends just to be disappointed, for something we all agreed was #1. Not professionally done correctly.#2. Extremely Overpriced. #3. Privacy is an Issue with Person operating System. #4. Customer Service, there is none. Most of my tapes were in original casing, they were not cleaned and transferred in incorrect mode. Dupplicates of my video was added to DVD which made my time more expensive. Yes, I caught it. 😞. I paid $420.00 I could have used $20 to buy a VHS adapter and if you have the time and patience anyone can do this. Ones business can be used as this third party. There is no privacy statement to sign between Person and place of business, So please protect you loved ones privacy on videos. I feel like the service I paid for was rushed, And Owner was not very professional on handling my business with her. The positive feed back on this is#1. She does fast service. #2. You can ask for a deadline.
