Horrible service. Chaz was rude and became very defensive when asked questions. Refused to listen and advise and gave no suggestions on signs I ordered. A bunch of young kids with zero customer service. Will never use Mentor Signs again and will most definitely pass along this bad service to anyone looking for a sign company.
