Signs were bent, very cheap quality. Would never order from here again especially since the owner will take no responsibility of the quality of work we received. We have an email from his employee admitting it was their fault the signs were bent , however the owner refuses to make it right. I have been emailing and calling them every since I took everything out of the wrappers and was ready to use them. Merriam wrote the following to us Thanks for sending the pictures on this. We have a few new employees and we've been dealing with some training issues. It's been a little bit chaotic, and a few things have slipped through the cracks. It looks like one of our guys initially put your panels into frames, and then took them back out again when he realized the order was just for panels. He wrapped them up without trimming the edges, which is why the corners are bent, and we didn't catch it before they left. The sign riders are a digital print, and they come from the vendor slightly undersized, but it looks like yours were way undersized for some reason. I'm having the riders reprinted and I will be very clear that they need to be the full 6" height. If you want to bring the panels and your frames, we can trim the panels and assemble them in the frames for youThen the owner sent this: This is Tim Pounds, and I am the owner of Merriam Signs. These signs were picked up on 8/7/17, and on 8/8/17 you contacted us about the email address being incorrect. I printed decals at my cost to correct this even though you approved the proof with the incorrect information. I feel like at that time you would've noticed if the signs were damaged. Unfortunately, these have been out of our possession for two months, and the bent corners indicates that the entire package has been dropped on the corner. I am completely confident that I would have noticed such damage at the time they were still at our office. The signs have clearly been handled at some point, because the decals have been applied to them per your video from this morning. I am more than willing to work with you on this, but I cannot accept full responsibility as I have no way to know how they've been handled since they left here in August.Very very poor customer service and complete waste of over $700.00
