worked over a month on pool design. Settled on design, met at their office to finalize details and select colors. Signed contract and gave deposit. A week later informed that our deposit is being returned. Our contract isn't accepted. It should be nearly $12k more. What a waste of time. I guess signing THEIR contract and agreeing to THEIR terms means nothing!

We were so exited to contract with Fantasy Pools as our dream project was postponed for a few years due to the last couple of Hurricanes. The project started ahead of schedule and with high energy. Sadly, this expensive project ended up visibly unleveled, from the equipment deck, to the deck, to the pool itself. After over three months now, Fantasy representatives are still not reaching out to fix it adequately. Our dream pool turned into a nightmare.A quick update. Almost a year from construction, the Fantasy Pools’ mistake estimated at $20k to fix stays unresolved. The equipment slab split in half as they “knew their job” and refused to add rebar at pouring time. Poor craftsmanship ! Poor attitude!

We contracted with Fantasy pools to build our pool in June, 2018 after doing quite a bit of research and getting bids from 3 other pool builders. They had built a pool about 2 years ago for friends of ours, and based on the fact that they said mostly positive things about their experience, we decided to hire them to build our pool. At the time we signed the contract, we were told that they were about 12 weeks behind mainly due to weather. On September 6th they arrived to begin construction, and we have been pleasantly surprised by the pace at which the work has been progressing. 2 weeks into the construction, the pool shell is complete, as well as the rough plumbing and back filling. I will update the review as the work progresses, but so far we don't have any complaints.Well, our pool Finished construction about a month ago and it looks great! There were some delays due to the paver deck construction that did not involve Fantasy Pools, but once the deck was completed the remaining work was finished in a relatively short time. We haven't swum in it yet, but I have used the spa, and it was fantastic! In the end, we are pleased with the work Fantasy Pools did and the time it took to complete the project.
