I've been going since the end of 2019. Health and fitness were major insecurities for me, but was completely disarmed and put at ease when I walked in. I've been very challenged, but appropriately. They are not trying to take my money on services I don't need, but genuinely more concerned about my results than my wallet. I love the people that work here and are members here. I'm seeing results and love coming!
