Brought our company out of the stone ages and back into the modern day world, they really helped get our PM company to where it needed to be. Have been using Method Tech for over 1.5 years for my small business for networking, computer repair and IT. No job is too small or too large for them. Their response rate when an issue arises is really fast and all their techs (and I"ve gotten to know all of them by now) are top notch. They are all really knowledgeable and get the problem fixed very quickly. In the past year I've had 3 large projects with them including moving our location which includes installing an new internet phone system, getting a new server and most recently they got us back up and running after a ransomware attack. (Method kept urging me to change our insecure passwords which is how the breach happened, but thanks to them implementing a reliable and quick backup system we were up and running right away...and those passwords finally got changed). The above three projects seems really overwhelming to me and Method really helped take care of everything and put me at ease at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Disneyland and Method Technologies- what do they have in common? They are both my favorite places! Method helps us with everything IT for our employees and company. I have worked with Aaron Tuomala, the CEO, for a long time and he’s great. So is the whole Method team that helps us; Andrew, Heather, Luis, Tristan, Stephanie and Megan. Tell them everything about your company and they identify problems and offer solutions. I can’t even list everything they do for us on a monthly basis and all for a competitive price. Here’s where the Disneyland comparison comes in: I truly love going into their office. The living wall in the reception area is awesome, as well as the entire office. When we come in for meetings, they have our logo on the big screen up front. Great personal touch! They always welcome us into their breakroom which is fun and stocked with drinks and snacks. When we first got the tour of their facility, Aaron brought us into the back and showed us his first computer that he has set up, a Commodore 64! I love it. The break room has a few game consoles including Super Nintendo with Mario Kart! We all know Mario Kart is a necessity. This review contains a lot about their office but it’s just a reflection of an amazing company. Great company, great expertise, great pricing and just a overall great culture and vibe from an organization this size – thank you Method!

We were referred to Method initially in 2009. The previous year we had undergone a migration to a new server and remote log ins for our 30+ managers. Well, sometimes they could log in and response times were extremely slow. I was getting nowhere with the current IT company and was very frustrated. The upgrade was appearing to be an expensive failure. Then I got hold of Aaron. During my first conversation with Aaron, he made a fix to speed up our internet response, which was one of the many issues we were having. I was sold right then. Method reconfigured our server and got us up and running smoothly again. Method has been providing remote support for any IT issues since. A Big Thanks to Method, especially Aaron and Phillip, for all their help over the last 9 years.
