Chris and crew do great work. The machine he built for me several years ago was in dire need of rescuing and upgrading and Chris did a fast, comprehensive, and superb job of rescuing my hard drive image, putting in a solid state replacement, doubling my memory, and making the machine as good or better than if I'd had to buy a new one. And all for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend Metro PC Works.

Was in a tough situation with our business computer that handles all of my customers and business, I called a couple PC repair places around Portland everyone was booked for about a week and I needed the computer fixed right away because it was hurting our business. Even though I knew the problem with my computer and knew it was a easy fix no one could get me in. Then I called and talked with (Will) and told him my situation he dropped what he was doing and I brought my computer in right away. He had me fixed up and out the door in about 30 mins with outstanding customer service! Saved my day cant thank him enough! He doesn't even charge to diagnose the issue! Cant ask for any better service and it didnt cost that much at all! I'll be bringing all my computer repair needs from now on only here thanks again guys your the best!

I have a 6 year old PC and it's starting to show signs of age. On two separate occasions, Peter's PC Repair managed to rescue my WIN7 machine, allowing me to keep all of my downloaded software and saving me the cost of an upgrade.

Chris was amazing. unlike his competitors he likes to diagnose your issue prior to a price. I paid way lower than anywhere else. He was totally awesome with my little ones being with me. By the way his building is up front where it looks like "A" building it is "B" building. THANK YOU CHRIS SO VERY MUCH!!!!

My power supply decided that it no longer wanted to live in this world. Chris not only quickly replaced it, but also ran general maintainance on my machine, musing that 'there's no point in doing the work if you just come back.' He's one of the rare business owners that aims to run his business fairly, and frankly that deserves to be rewarded with your business.

The service was out standing, the pricing was unbeatable. They were able to take a laptop that couldn't run windows, to one that can steam Netflix while I edit pictures. The hardware, they got me at cost. Then they only charged me for an hour of labor and I know it took longer than that.Overall AMAZING, will go back for life. I found my computer guy!
