Eric's class on SEO is one of the best adult-ed classes I've ever taken - and I've taken a lot! He is clear, kind, patient, well-organized, and very good at explaining things. People who are expert in a field often forget what needs to be explained to beginners so they skip a lot of steps, but Eric was able to take his expert knowledge down to the level of a beginner. Also I've taken computer-related classes where you feel dumb for asking a question; Eric is endlessly kind and patient. Highly recommended.
