Extremely disappointed in the service provided. I sent an email with my file and questions and included the absolute latest date and time when I needed it. It was a number of days in advance and I was told no problem, the job could be turned around in a day. After a number of emails with questions back and forth, I was told I missed the deadline for the print even though none was expressed in the original communications and it was still 1.5 days in advance of my deadline. I was called 4 hours after the deadline to be told they couldn't make it. Very disappointed as I'd heard good things and decided to go local instead of Vysta print. It won't happen again.
