These guys know how to process my prepaid parcel without any questions asked. Been to almost every other post offices in the area and they take hours to figure out how to process prepaid originated parcels. Great service. Offer me service at least few times a week and treat every other clients fair and professional. Highly recommended

If you're a student applying for a grant, please dont come here. Save yourself the hassle because they will make you come back EVERYTIME. I'm not sure if it's fun for them, but it's definitely not for me. The man who spoke to me said I needed a void cheque even with my direct deposit info given already. Smh, dont let them waste your time and go to a more trusted Canada post

I usually go get my student loan processed in Richmond but came here today instead. The man here refused to process my application because I didn't bring a void cheque. A VOID CHEQUE IS NOT REQUIRED IF YOU WRITE DOWN YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT DETAILS. I have been receiving student loans for the last 3 years and have NEVER been asked to provide a void cheque. Why? Again, because you can either write down your direct deposit info (transit/institution/account numbers) OR provide a void cheque.Additionally, I came here yesterday for the same purpose. The lady working looked over my form, asked me for a void cheque but then she saw that I wrote my account details. I didnt bring my SIN card so I had to return. Clearly the man working today does not know what "OR" means.Incompetent fool.

Rude, disrespectful and unlawful employees. Can't follow Canada Post RULES AND Regulations. Beyond that, he's rude to women, disrespected my wife and attempted to refuse us from receiving our package. I wouldnt recommend any of this places services, due to sheer ignorance of the owner.After speaking Canada Post, we were informed our stance was the correct one, the shop owner was not.

Terrible service. I messed up a $2 envelope due to their poor instructions and they were so damn cheap that they wanted me to buy a new one. Guess those postage stamps aren't cheap. Never take my business here again.

Canada Post wise this place is good. It's a little small and sometimes gets backed up so try to go later in the day or around mid day to avoid lines.

Staff at this postal outlet are very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate that they were able to verify a delivery for a package that came for me but I had lost the delivery notice. Staff were very kind.
