I've known Jennifer Koon for a long time now, and my firm has used her company, Michael Mackenzie Communications, for years for our marketing services. They've been invaluable, and I've recommended them to many, many, others. They've helped us update our website (twice now), make sure our newsletters, news alerts, and blog posts are getting written and published in a reasonably timely manner (we write the content ourselves, but they are GREAT at pushing us to get it done and helping us come up with eye-catching headlines), work on our social media presence, and do many other things. While we are still a largely referral-based business (we're an estate planning law firm), we've seen a tremendous growth in people finding us on their own.
