BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ....IF OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 9 TO 5..WHY ISN'T IT NOBODY IN THE OFFICE ON A TUESDAY. .I GUESS THEY DIDN'T REALLY NEED OR WANT MY BUSINESS. .WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS OWNER WOULD HAVE A CUSTOMER DRIVE 23 MILES AND THEN LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT SERVICING THEM FIRST..THEN ACT LIKE THEY REALLY DON'T CARE
