I would give them no stars because that's how horrible this company is, but I had to give at least one. I had them setup my company website and in the process of doing so transfered my domain to their company having first made it clear that I wanted the domain back if things didn't workout or whatever. All was good. A year went by, I had a kid, I started school, and a new job so I let the business sit on the sidelines for that time. I finally got some time to get things going again, but when I went to my website it was down. I emailed the person I had worked with to setup my website and asked them what the status was with the domain and if I could have it transferred back to my Godaddy account. They informed me that they didn't have it anymore, they had gotten rid of it. I didn't receive a call an email, nothing to let me know before hand that they were just dumping my domain even after I had made it clear I wanted it back. I trusted this company to keep my domain and was assured I would get it back and they completely betrayed that trust without so much as an email or phone call. Horrible business people and awful customer service. I would never do business with them again, nor would I recommend anyone doing business with them.
