I know they do taxes also and their office is open on Saturday. If this Mclean lady would have went to their agency or called she would have found someone in there taking insurance payments. I have been there twice within the last two months to make my payment on Saturday. People, listen don't believe every bad review you read. I have had my insurance with these folks for years and have not had a problem. They are helpful and was the first place that I found to save me money. I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't understand what any of these former customers are saying about this agency. I have had my car, home, and life insurance with them for over 10 years and I have never had a bad customer experience. I have dealt with the owner as well and he has always been helpful. I have NEVER PAID MY INSURANCE late and I do believe in paying my bills on time or I will suffer late fees and all kinds of trouble. I have also understood if you take out your policy on the 5th of the month then that is the day your payment will be due the next month. So how is it that if you have the money on that date to get insurance you can't pay it on that same day the next month? It is NOT THE credit card company's, agency's or anybody else's job to remind me to make a payment. I AM GROWN. I agree with the owner. People try to blame you for their irresponsibility because they have to blame somebody. GROW UP!!!

The absolute best agency in the area!! Everyone is always pleasant and happy to assist where they can! They are helpful and considerate to the point of working late many days to accommodate some of their policy holders. If you want an agency that is more than willing to help you in a professional yet down home family setting this is the one for you!

WOW... What an ugly experience... Terribly unprofessional... I do believe the lady i spoke with's name was Patty. She was rude and unprofessional. i would NEVER reccomend ANYONE be a customer of this company!
