Great internet quality. Lousy prices. And always raise them after first year which makes no sense to raise the price on a customer who stays with you. Should be the opposite stingy buggers. And when request someone to come out to fix something...."someone Will contact you when they are 20 min away"....yeah 2 days after i call. What you think people just sit around at home for 2 days waiting for you? We live in a world where people have jobs. I'm noy gonna take a day off from work because you couldn't tell me on phone it might be a couple days before someone can get to you. And then because we were at work, we missed the call. So now we have to call AGAIN to have someone come out. And hope its a day we are home. For as much as you charge and increase costs so frequently, you should be more helpful and work with our schedules. Not your own.
