Feedback:

I have been bringing both my boys to Dr. Aaron Bornstein since birth. At the time I lived about 7 minutes down the road. But we moved & we are now 30 minutes away but I refuse to leave. Dr. Bornstein is amazing & my kids love him too. Dr. Gapud is wonderful too. Amy Hatch, NP is so sweet & warm. They are all sweet, caring, helpful. They listen to all my concerns & never make me feel stupid.I saw one negative comment on here. In the past when I had to talk to or see a different doc or nurse practitioner for one reason or another, I was not happy. However that particular doctor is no longer there & the one NP we saw once & never again I believe is gone too. That was also many years ago. Other than that I am very happy. My kids are now 10 & 12.

Feedback:

I had an amazing appointment today with Amy hatch accompanied by Dr. Aaron Bornstein. They were both fantastic. Amy was so great and understanding and she really listened and made me feel so much better about everything. So warm and friendly and real. I walked in a stressed out and tired new mom and walked out like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. So helpful.

Feedback:

We have been bringing our children here for well over a decade. They have been very good with colds and check ups, etc. Sadly, when my son was bit by a tick, I learned they are very illiterate when it comes to Lyme Disease and not as proactive as they should be. Here we are a few months post bite and our son is now suffering and in constant pain. All they gave him was a cream. As a late stage Lyme patient who has suffered for almost 30 years and on a steady neurological decline because of Lyme ignorance in the medical community. Lyme is also congenital and these Physicians do not believe in it even though there is scientific evidence that backs this hypothesis. Now my husband and I are faced with having to pay for his testing and treatment out of pocket and of course not at this pediatric office. We live in a highly endemic area where Powassan is now prevalent and a killer. Another tick born disease. I would not advise bringing your children there for a tick bite. Not all patients ever see a bullseye. First sign is flu like symptoms , headaches, neck and joint pain. My son has to limp around in pain. He's lethargic and his grades declined. He's had to watch a very sick parent go through so much that he is now scared he will end up like mommy, with seizures, drops, loss of memory, and a slew of neurological, CNS, ANS, and autoimmune difficulties. I had to listen to so many in the medical field deny my disease for so many years. Telling me everything was in my head. Even with a positive Lyme test and clinical diagnosis. There is no time to play around with a tick bite and time is of the essence. This is not the place to bring your child for Lyme. Do bring them there for other things ... just not a tick bite. They will make you feel small and uneducated. Excuse me while I end this now to tend to a very sick child.

We've been seeing these doctors and nurses for five years now for our three boys. They are wonderful. Highly recommend them all.
