Feedback:

Midwest IT is our 3rd party IT services provider and they do a phenomenal job of translating the technology issues into plain English. The support technicians respond quickly and follow up to make sure the issues have been resolved. They are able to handle complicated and unique projects and work within the restrictions specific to our company.
