We had a pretty bad experience with Mike Davis Signs (owner Adam Bartling). At the time we were referred to this company it was changing hands, so my trusted business partner's prior experience had no way to prepare us for what was to come. We hired the company to complete a full wrap on two of our service trucks. The design process when smooth and the gentleman (James) helping us was great at his job. However the application process was a nightmare. James was not capable of installing the wrap. After ~5 days we finally picked up the unfinished truck. Our month old truck had several gashes in paint/primer as well as a few placed where the seals were sliced. The wrap was very poorly installed as well. Adam, who was out of town, came back to a mess. He removed the wrap completely and agreed to re-print & wrap the truck. In addition he printed magnet signs until he could clear a time to wrap the first truck, he also told us James would pay for the damages. Adam was able to complete the job, way better than the first time but still not to the level it should have been. Regardless it was competed. When we tired to follow up with the reimbursement for damages he explained he had already printed us magnets as compensation (not the agreement), the damages were not fixed (doesn't matter, it's still damaged, resale value?) and that he terminated James for how he handled our project (James did a good job designing, he didn't know how to wrap a truck). Adam tried to do the right thing but stopped halfway. I don't normally leave bad reviews however I gave him ample time to address the issues. The only reply I received was filled with excuses (see above) and no recommendations or compromises to remedy the situation. Never even asked me what the repairs cost. Mike Davis Signs might be better at other sign projects but they do not appear to know how to wrap a truck.UPDATE: We did have an estimate and there is no statute of limitations on a review (or righting a known mistake). We recently got the truck re-wrap by another company after less than two years, see attached picture. This was a waste of thousands of dollars, avoid at all costs.

We have a bucket truck and have expanded sign servicing and offer custom fabrication of pole signs, monuments, and yes I still hand paint signs too.
