Client Review on Mikkelson Law Firm LLC

Changed my review from a 1 star. Ryan spoke with me and it showed that they take their reviews seriously.We weren’t given a choice on which law firm to use for our house closing. We closed from another state but thankfully our realtor helped out a lot with communicating to Mikkelson. No one called me from this law firm to introduce themselves, we just received a welcome packet via email and the administrative assistant told us to fill it out and send it back. When we had questions, it took a few days for Mikkelson to respond. They offered to overnight our new keys to us which we really appreciated but it also took them a few days to send the keys even when we told them we needed them ASAP or to give them to our realtor. Even our lender was surprised at their communication skills. I understand if you’re busy but please let’s us know that instead of leaving us hanging for a few days.
