Client Review on Benton Cooperative Telephone Co

I called to schedule an appointment to get wireless internet set up. The receptionist told me I had an appointment the next day at 11:00 am, and I thought it was good to go. The next day I called back a half hour prior to my appointment to make a brief change, and she didn't seem to have it written down. She also said I needed to pay the downpayment first, which she hadn't told me the night before. When I stopped in to turn in my check five minutes later, she said my appointment wouldn't work and asked about other times. I was pretty disappointed at this customer service and surprised that having an "appointment" didn't really mean anything at all.
