Chris Miles and his team are light years ahead of any IT company. As the largest manufacturer of Cast Stone in the United States we need things handled quick. Chris and his team know if we are having a problem before we do. They are quick, accurate and always solve the issue. We would never change companies. You get what you pay for.

We switched our IT to Miles about two years ago, and I can’t say enough about them. Our company operates throughout the world, with offices in places like Beijing, Manila, India, and more. It’s a unique challenge, and Miles has served us well. The 24 Hour customer service is unbeatable. My issues are likely to come up when I’m overseas, and if something does need their service, they pounce on it.
