Great service! The owner is available by phone and email to answer questions. I haven't had many questions though, the manuals are detailed and clearly written. My rack units have been studio centerpieces for ten years and several cross-country moves without even a scratchy pot. They make even a budget mic sound rich. Millennia Media gear has made building my home studio simple with their quality, and durability and I love knowing the nuance I hear in a performance will be there when it's time to mix.

Bad Experience dealing with this business . They don't answer phone calls or not even communicate properly to solve a problem. The Owner has bad attitude and does not respect . Fast judgments and fast actions which gets him in trouble most of the time.
