Needed 2x2 sign for my video business. I stopped in for a quote, Mary was very nice and helped me out as much as possible. The owner (who's in charge of quoting jobs) was gone for a week and I was told I'd get a call by the following Monday. I never got that call - two weeks passed and I called asking for the quote. The owner was gone again and I was told again she'd get back to me the next day. Two days passed, still no call or quote. For the third time I reached out. The owner wouldn't get on the phone to talk to me. I got another "rough" quote from Mary, which I appreciate but the owner said it'd take two weeks to figure out the real cost or to start working on it. Unbelievable.. Mary was great, but shaking my head at the owner.
