Environment of the company is really good , specially the leads treat you in a really friendly manner.- The best part of the company is that you can have any of your query cleared even with the senior most person without any hesitation as they are always there to help in correcting one's mistakes and not blaming any particular person for any mistake because their vision is that any person should be given a chance to learns it from it's own mistakes.

Wonderful people from what i could gather in a couple of meetings here - very performance oriented. Saw some negative reviews. Seems more like a disgruntled bunch who couldn't deliver. The place and teh people were quite the opposite of what i read in the -ve reviews. Very good ambience, infrastructure and great interactions.

Good stuff. Been to a lot of companies and met their HR and other people. THIS is different in every way. Warm, welcoming and straightforward. Must say not a place for laggards and people who just want to while away their time.

Awesome place to work! Great peers. Offers a huge opportunity for people who really want to make a mark. Thought this was a startup the first time I came here and when I joined, but the thinking and the infrastructure is too good - beats an MNC. Awesome people.

EDIT: The original review written at the bottom was something I was "asked" to do only 2 weeks into the company. Here is my real review after working 2 and a half months with them.First the positives. Millipixels has the best office environment I have seen in a while. They may have only 7-9 employees in office which may make it easy(considering how many issues are underneath) but I strongly credit their HR Shweta for keeping it positive and happy. The owner Harjeet has put in extra effort by adding some creature comforts that do help. Hence the 1 star.Now the negatives. With the management having around 20+ years of experience I expected them to be alot more mature in handling employees. I had a tight deadline to work with but they never gave proper, constructive feedback so I could work better. The meetings would always drift away to aspirational stuff. Later I was told I was causing delay and ignored all the work I had done. They decided to hold my 1 and half month pay when I protested against their impractical deadline. I have been told in clear words that they will not pay me.They are set in mold for designing websites and enterprise solutions. Hence when a project of different field(edu games in my case) is initiated, their understanding how much effort it will take is amateur at best. However, the biggest worry is the communication gap you see between all seniors. It like the left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. It's worrisome.Anyone thinking of joining this place, please don't unless you have pay guarantee from their side. Co-workers were great and I hope to keep my connection with them._______________Original review-Millipixels is an excellent employer. They make you feel at ease and make sure you are working at your best without feeling stressed. Very flexible with work schedule(within reason) and leaves as well. Im currently working here on contract basis hence I enjoy added perks like flexi hours and lunch sponsorship. Could not have ask for a better place to work in Chandigarh.
