Had a 7 year old desktop PC that died after we had a power outage during a rain storm. The rep quickly opened the case and started testing the power supply. The initial tests were inconclusive so he plugged the power supply into a sofisticated testing device which showed it had failed. Lukily the power supply was a common/standard unit. He opened a box with the new power supply, plugged it in to the PC....done and done! Great service and cheap to repair. Thanks!!!

Matt at Milwaukee PC is a quality technician and super guy. Used his services on a number of occasions and all were very pleasant experiences. Also bought a laptop from him that I am totally pleased with. Go to him without reservation!

We've purchased multiple computers and services from Milwaukee PC over the past 8 years. Most recently we brought a PC in for a hardware upgrade. As usual, we are very satisfied with speed and quality of product and service.

It’s nice to support a local business and talk with someone who knows computers but the manager, Matt, needs a listening and friendliness upgrade. I’m going to Best Buy next time.

Took my computer in on a Saturday, and they told me they couldn't get at it for a week. Left it there anyway. This was the 2nd computer I had purchased at Milwaukee PC West Bend and like to support our local businesses. 10 days later on Tuesday I call to check the status. I'm told it is on a diagnostic program and should be done on Wednesday. So I call the next day. The guy is a little short with me. He says "I'm working on 8 computers at the same time, I will call you when it is done." Friday I call and am told it is on the diagnostic application. I drive in and pick it up. The guy is incredulous, he says "Look, I got 8 other machines to do too." I said two weeks with no results is unacceptable and leave. I take it to The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Menomonie Falls. They not only promise to have it done in two days, but also send me a link so that I can check the status of the repair online. When I need a new computer or future service, I can guarantee it will not be from Milwaukee PC of West Bend.

What an unbelievably great experience! Found out they didn’t have a weird cord that I was looking for, but they guy working there said he’d look for a spare lying around. He checked every box of stuff he had while chatting about data recovery. I can’t believe I even went to Best Buy in the first place when this place has such great customer service. My advice, take your service here.

The place to buy, have repaired and custom PC's. They usually have decent used PC's. Not the place to go for cheap discount computers. I have bought many used computers there with good success.
