We had been questioning how to approach getting a proper brand for out business and we were blessed with meeting Ross. We sent him examples of other brands in our business explaining what we liked or disliked about them and outlined what are goals were in a brand. He NAILED it on the first design he sent us. I've worked in a number of businesses over the years and Ross offers top notch customer service. He was quick to respond, very creative in his design, affordable, and efficient.
