My experience with a recent lawnmower purchase was all positive. Optional models were presented and explained, and all my questions were answered. My experience with the service department has been so-so. Twice they declined to work on my equipment—once because it was “out of season” (snow blower in the spring), and once because they were too busy working on equipment they sold. The result of their work has always been mixed—some good, and some not so good.
