Price and service were fantastic. Got business cards and having the experience of seeing and feeling the different weight of the card stock, finish, and texture beats online options hands down. The back and forth questions-answers resulted in invaluable advice and a great outcome. I highly recommend doing business there.

Experience was with the old staff. Made a purchase to have personal business cards printed (already had the layout design complete). Had issues with a bleed at which point I attempted to resolve via email. I then stopped receiving return correspondence. Sent multiple emails, left multiple voice mails which were never returned. Eventually I was forced to resolve the issue face-to-face, at which point the new staff (who seem very helpful and apologetic) refunded my purchase. The issue I had is that the owner remained the same and that was who I was in correspondence with. Buyer beware.

We needed a banner for our nonprofit organization to show our appreciation to the businesses that sponsored our special event! I can even begin to explain how well I was treated by the staff at Minuteman!!! I brought the wrong types of files for the logos and they were even able to as them look perfect! Very fast, courteous and professional! Thank you Tom! You got a forever customer in me!
