I do not understand the positive reviews for this company. I have used them twice at work and both times it has been more than challenging. I do not believe that organization and record retention are part of their business model. They are dismissive. They lost the records for an item we urgently needed. They just said that we must have gotten it somewhere else and that was it. I finally found someone there who remembered us and found the file. Even that was not without their usual "oh I thought I got back to you". As soon as I can convince my employer to use another company we are out of there.I did receive the order today and the cards were perfect.The issue I have is with the process of trying to get the order placed. Unanswered inquiries about whether or not you could do the job. Follow through without hand holding from the customer seems to be an issue. I will say again, after more than a dozen emails I finally got the order completed. The cards are as expected. The process is exhausting.

Unorganized company. We had an employee go to pick up business cards today and they were told we didn't pay yet. One of our employees had paid cash last week, in full and we did not get a receipt. When we told them this, we were told it was our fault for not having a receipt. It should not be the customers responsibility to provide records for their payments. I went in with the employee who paid to resolve the issue and were told, once again, that it was our fault for not having a receipt. We had luckily written down the exact time we came in for them to be able to look up the surveillance footage of us coming in to pay. SERIOUSLY?! You had to look it up on your cameras for US to prove we were here? No apology. And they also threw in an "I told you so" at the front about stamping "paid cash". That doesn't matter when you don't actually do it...? Done using this business as this is not the first time it's happened. Vega, the man up front, was extremely rude on phone and in person. Owner wasn't much better...

last year i needed multiple forms printed. I chose Minuteman press because it is locally owned and has been an established business in my neighborhood. They were very helpful since I had never prepared forms before. The prices, helpfulness in preparation and explaining how to format my forms were so helpful. I would recommend them for all your printing needs.
