I took some art work that I need scanned to print more than 2,000 flat greeting cards. The woman at front desk had no clue so about scanning so she had the owner tell me their scanner doesn't work well with colors. They didn't even let me tell them about my printing needs. Or allow me to ask them about their printing services. They just quickly tried to get me out of their store and referred me to a photo lab (which is NOT what I need) I found a great printing company online that I will continue to use. But they are based on NY. But honestly just came here to try to find a local printer option for my business and support local jobs. I was not impressed. I suggest calling first to see if they can help your printing needs. It's sounds like they are very limited in services and lack the sales skills to ask prospective customers questions to determine actual printing needs.
