I called to ask if they could print a large format pdf for me. I was told to email it, which I did, to see if it could be done. No email response 24 hours later. EDIT: I did finally get a call back telling me that the email wasn’t received. But I’ve already had the print job done elsewhere

As professionals serving businesses, I didn't know if Minuteman Press would have the time, or interest, to help the little guy, and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with the same attentiveness, professionalism, and urgency that I would expect as a B2B customer. Staff were very pleasant,, quoted turnaround time was accurate, and the work was excellent. I will be back.

Oh please don't take your printing needs anywhere else! These guys are thorough, quick, professional, very reasonably priced. We've used Minuteman Plano for our daughter's wedding program, thank you notes, posters, local election campaign material, and many other things. I've been to the competition and paid way more for worse quality and bad attitudes. Minuteman Plano is the place to go.
