Client Review on Full Color Printing Services

Feedback:

I have used Minuteman press a few times now for things for my wedding - however for some final jobs before the big day Minuteman dropped the ball. I sent them over my table numbers but they were not printed properly and when I questioned this among picking them up I was told that they would try to get them reprinted and would let me know by Tuesday if possible (for my Friday wedding). I had not heard from them and called back on Thursday only to be told...that they weren't able to get to them but enjoy the wedding. Not only did they mess up my order but didn't call back as promised to stand by their work and then was rude and nonchalant about the entire situation. Not a great experience with lacking customer service.
