I was there yesterday 30/1/2019.I was asked to return today as they were busy with printing funeral letters.I explained that it would be ok, and then I was asked as to what I needed to have done. I said "I will be back tomorrow and needed some copies to be done and if they have a program to change something in a PDF file I had. I was assured it could be done.The next day I return 31/1/2019.The copies was done, and when I wanted to have the PDF changed.I was told it can't be done as the grapic designer is busy. Wasting my time by saying yes, and then saying no! Minuteman Stellenbosch is under staffed, look at employing more staff please.The lady who did the photo copying also did't thank me at point of sale. What happened to client orientated courtesy? She was definately not trained to handle customers in a way that is expected for future support.I will therefore not return.
